One of the final projects we were to complete in COM 267 was a podcast assignment done in small groups. Each of us had to contribute one commercial each, with everyone participating in the actual radio show portion. My commercial is the second one about FUBAR, a local college club. I chose a techno song and did a voice over for the ad, fading the music while I talked. I am very pleased with how this came out. It sounds professional, as did my peer’s commercials, setting the podcast up for success. For the radio show sections, I acted as co-host to introduce the interviews you will hear. Our topic for our podcast was “The Journey of the College Athlete”. We wanted to document how two of NC State’s athletes got to where they are today.
